i have a pre op appointment on Tuesday, and have been told to go with a full bladder. Does anyone know if this is for an abdo scan, and why?

Hi there. Back at home now after 2 days in hospital after my tummy tuck (22nd jan).
Everything went fine, and i am thrilled with the results!!!!. Photo's to follow....

Hi england! I know what you man about scouring the Internet! I was obsessed for months.
I am glad you found RealSelf though! We have several ladies on the site who are scheduled for January...busy month for the TT's.
I look forward to reading your posts as you go through your process. Please let us know if you have any questions at all. You will find excellent resources on the site.
You will do wonderful and the 22nd will b here before you know it.
Yes it is now your time! You have been an excellent mother all on your own, done a fine job and now is the time for you and only you!
You just power ahead, keep you chin up and be proud of what you are about to do for yourself. This will give you a big boost of confidence in the end.

The stairs are tough the first three days. You may want to stay on the same level as the bathroom to start.
Test it out and see how you feel doing the stairs but my guess is that you will want to be close to the bathroom.
I think the puffy eyes come from a combination of the fluids, laying around and just feeling like poopy.
Hurray! Glad you are coming along so well! Get your rest and take it very slow for a while. Wow drains out after one day; how nice is that!!
