Currently sitting in my room waiting to go to...

Currently sitting in my room waiting to go to theatre! Eek they must be running late as I was told I was being taken down 20 mins ago.
Surgeon came in and explained in more detail he told me as my chest is so narrow I need extra high profiles so the implant isn't too wide.
Have been fasting all day and all that I can think of is not my new boobs but how hungry I am (must be psychological)
I have been given some very fetching surgical stockings to wear and am all robed up!!!
Eek just saying goodbye to my beestings now :)

24 hours post op

If you haven't had yours done stop reading now!!
Surgery went well, needed some extra pain killers in recovery and a huggy bear warm air blanket and it was fine. Surprised and delighted at how it wasn't as sore as I expected, 2 hours later I mentioned to the nurse that my right breast was much higher and she had noticed too (just as surgeon walked in) who told me it wasn't when I was in theatre but I must of had a bleed (by this time it was higher than my arm pit) and I would need to go back to theatre tonight! So 9pm I was back in theatre for another hour or so, recovery was the same except I was in a lot more pain and needing more oxygen as my saturations were dropping when I slept. About 1am still with oxygen on I woke up in tears with the pain which the nurse diagnosed as surgical emphysema straight away as you could feel the crackling under the skin. Appeared a good bit better this morning pain wise and my lovely bf drove the 3 hour car journey home (me vomiting with the pain of every bump in the road) 11pm and I have the biggest bruise around my right breast, ribs, stomach and approaching on to my back which is hard to the touch, unsure if I call the hospital and ask if that's normal or go to my local out of hours or wait until the morning and phone. Anyways by the time this has posted I will let you guys know as I will have phoned someone. Will post just how much to show you guys

3 days post op

3 days post op and bruises are black and hopefully all out but have some minor ones right down to my hip!
I went to the dr after my last post as I was really struggling with breathing. She checked out the bruises and my lungs and said she thinks that it is thankfully just extreme bruising and the pain was causing me to not breathe properly, so all my pain meds have been upped, which seems to be working.
Keep getting spasms in my boobs which I assume is because they are under the muscle and just everything getting used to bring stretched etc.
The implants have settled down a tiny little bit and are looking amazing! I can't wait until the bruising/pain goes and they drop! At the moment they are like 2rocks glued to my chest.
