I got my breast augmentation because I wanted to...
I got my breast augmentation because I wanted to feel better about myself. I am 31 now, I got the augmentation just before my 31st birthday, and I felt like a young kid. I still dressed like a young kid, and with small breasts I didn't feel sexy. I am finally getting used to them, but at first I went through some feelings of regret because of how they looked. They were really square, and I never thought they were going to look normal again, and they were looking weird a lot throughout the healing process. lol. I ended up at 34DD now after the surgery. I do feel they are a bit big. I initially wanted a full C cup, but I am starting lo love them, big or not. I've done a few videos on YouTube of my progress, you can find them here...

Thank you for sharing your story and videos on RealSelf! You look great! Glad to hear you are doing well. How was your recovery? You mentioned some minor difficulty with your right breast incision. What happened with the sutures? Congratulations!
Oh, good to hear it wasn't anything too terribly uncomfortable or serious. I love the dissolving sutures...they're great! I can't recall if you mentioned who helped you out the first few days of your recovery? Family?
Sounds like you have a great support network! You're right, it's so difficult to open even a water bottle post op! Will you maybe be adding another video to RealSelf someday? I loved the first one!
