My upper eyelids were drooping which is a genetic problem in my family. I waited 4 years before I found the perfect plastic surgeon, Dr. Kovanda of Edina, MN. My first impression was he is kind and caring for me as a person. His professional manner is A+. He asked questions to get to know me, answered all of my written list of questions, and took the time I needed to get to know him as a person. I left the consult feeling confident, and excited about having the procedure. On the morning of the surgery, his staff welcomed me into the clinic like I was family. Dr. Kovanda sat down with me and conversed about any questions I may have, and how he was going to take excellent care of me throughout the surgery, and post surgery visits. I woke up from surgery, and he was right there in the recovery room with a smile on his face, and to tell me that all went well. My eyelids are fantastic!! That "tired look" I had before surgery and for years is gone. My friends have all been very impressed with the results too. Dr. Kovanda is the Super Professional Doctor of Plastic surgery for all of your procedures, hands down. I refer all of my friends, relatives, and people I meet at parties to Dr. Kovanda.

I was motivated to have my upper eyelids reduced from the sagging stage that was given to me by family genetics. I checked around the internet and found Dr. Christopher Kovanda in Edina, MN, about 2 hours from Duluth, MN where I live and work. He offered the CO2 laser method which I was very comfortable with in lieu of the knife. I made an appointment and visited his office within a week. From the moment I entered his office the staff was excellent. Dr. Kovanda walked in the room, greeted me right on schedule, and I was so relieved his personality is so kind and caring. He took the time to listen to me, and ask the right questions of me. Our consultation was an A+....

The morning of surgery, I was the first of the day. Dr. Kovanda walked into the room, sat down with me, answered all of my questions, and created a sense of trust once again. The procedure went well, and I was resting at my condo in Minneapolis by 9 AM. I didn't have to use the pain medication which I purchased for peace of mind. This was a Friday, so he gave me his cellphone number if I had any problems or questions over the weekend. WOW, I was amazed at this gesture. My eyelids turned out beautiful, took 20 years off my face, friends were amazed at the incredible results. I had told no one of this procedure beforehand. The expressions on their faces made me glow and smile ear to ear.

Everytime I look in the mirror, I think of Dr. Kovanda, and the exceptional talent he offers to everyone from head to toe. I thank Dr. Kovanda for his excellence in the field of Plastic/Cosmetic surgery. Hats off to this talented doctor.
