This is something I thought I really wanted. So I jumped on the wagon and filled my small beasts with what I hoped to be a full B. Long story short, I ended up with a full D! Yikes!

I now felt like my bust was wider than my hips and I was trying hide their size. I just wanted relief from the weight of them!

So after ten years with them. I just recently had them explanted. Having many mixed emotions. Mostly happy. But I hear the lie the world tells us ladies. I just say shhh! :). Secretly hoping they don't shrink anymore. Silly Hugh?

Thank you all for your stories. I have read and read and re-read them!!!! And will read them some more. This still is tough!

My explant was last friday. It went really well. Very easy. Local with no drains.
My implants were under the muscle. Removed through the crease.

I am healing very well. Still no pain.

Still adjusting to how I look. Wish I had a little more on top. But I am glad i went through with it.
I feel so healthy again. No neck pain, no headaches.

thank you for posting your pictures up, im am due to see the dr on thursday to discuss removing my PIP.s.... im pretty sure i want them removed and not replaced, but some pictures scare me. looking at your pictures has removed my concerns. thankyou. when i had them my bra size was a 34c.. baggy 34c.. i had them filled to them same size but just a nice shape... over the years they have gone up to 34f (ive gained a little weight).. do you think they will be even more saggy .... god im so worried cant htink of anything else.

Hi gillybeans:) I must say I am looking better every day. They do feel very thin and jello like the first few days. I'm not going to lie. It's hard. I cried. The explant was soooo easy! No pain really!! It feels soooo amazing to have them out. No headaches for me. Just lighter. I feel non toxic. Lol. Were you saggy before? If you notice in my pics my creases were lowered. And my breast have lifted since. Now scar shows even more. Oh well. :/ Hope this helps you:0) Keep me posted. My advice would be explant and wait a while. See if you can love the body you were born with:) XX PINk

thank you for your message, ive never been on one of these sites before... its so hard to talk to friends that are either skinny and look fine with small boobies or friends that are well proportioned, They just get it... i think my husband wants me to have them replaced he hast said the actual words!!!!!!!!! but i know him well.... my boobies before having the PIPs were hollow at the top.. but im very thick waisted and out of proportion. that was the reason for the implants in the first place... so will look totally awful im sure... but i want to not have the worry of implants im always getting aches and pains they quite often feel sore around the outside of the implant.... the ones they are iffering free of charge are allergens (my friend had hers rupture) so that is putting me off too... o god why do we do this to ourselves... thank you so so much. x

:{ I'm sorry you have to go thru this still. Ya know, we will always find something about our bodies we will want to change. We really need to love what we have and be greatfull it is all in tact and working as it should. Right? I wouldn't say I'm thick waisted but I don't have any curves, anywhere. So I thought implants would fix what wasn't right in my mind. Nope. It was only temporary. Now that mine are out absolutely no aches or pains. Yay!! My husband has been great. That has made this really easy for me. Does he know how much this is stressing you out? This is a great site! It has helped me a lot!! I'm here if I can help you in any other way. :0}

you look absolutely beautiful girl!! How long ago were they removed?? My husband told me before i was explanted,that its not about the size of your breasts its your confidence in yourself that makes you beautiful :) so with that being said no matter how much smaller your breasts go, keep that chin up and walk with confidence cause you are beautiful :)
November 5, 2012
Ellie, Thank you. I don't feel very beautiful.....yet.:} Every day gets much better!! Explant was last friday. Crazy!!! One minute boobs next minute not so much;} Hee hee

Its very nice of your husband to encourage you for the right reasons. I am in for my surgery tomorrow afternoon, I am definitely nervous now that the time has come. I would be so happy if I go small, as small as possible. I've hated this fake breasts for years bt I was jst too scared to go thru this

I think you look fabulous - I hope and dream that my result is as good as yours! Can you give more information - how long you had them, saline/silicone, under or above the muscle? Did you have a capsulectomy as well? Honestly, I think you look FAB!
November 5, 2012
Karen221, I should post more info. Thank you for the sweet words!! I bet you will look great too. And will feel even better after!!!!!! I had my saline balloons under the muscle;0) for almost 10 years. No issues what so ever. Just too BIG! My explant was local and I only removed the implant. I was told everything looked clean and clear. No drains either. It was so simple. XX:0}

you look super cute by the way!
November 25, 2012
At first they were modest..then they started to drop and flop:) One was 350cc and the other 325. They were very heavy!!! Over a pound each. I had to go a little larger because my breasts naturally sit a good distance apart. I wanted cleavage. Who doesn't. Right?

mine are the same size, but i look huge compared to you!
November 25, 2012
:) Thanks! I was reading your profile and I had to Lol! It sounds way to much like how I was thinking and feeling pre explant. Especially the part about hoping my areola's would shrink. Hoping I could have small ones again. And YEP I DO I DO:) Hehe.
November 25, 2012
Oh I should have been wearing a DD bra but was in big time denial!
November 27, 2012
Hi pinkpolish. You look beautiful. My explant surgery is day after tomorrow (29 nov) and I am so worried and nervous. I wish I get the results you did. Also a big thanks to all the beautiful ladies out there for your pictures and posts. I have been reading this site for days and it has been soooo helpful. By how many sizes did you go down immediately after explant ?
November 28, 2012
Hi J12, I was wearing a d cup. Now I am still wearing some of my 32c. Not filling out the cup at all!!:) I should go get a B cup!! I do wear a little padding now to give a little more lift and cleavage. Pink{:

Hey pink polish Thx for your reply. Shud i guess two size smaller. I am a double 36DDD / 38DD at the moment so I was hoping would take me down to C. I am a day away from surgery so I am stressed. Wish it goes well
November 28, 2012

Thanks pinkpolish. Its so nice to know that you are happy with your results. Thanks for the support. It means so much. I will be getting admitted at this time. I've put on a lot of weight since I had them 10 years ago but ofcourse even if I go two sizes down my current and look smaller, I will be so happy.

Hello Edina. They don't look deflated at all amazing! Can I ask what size your implants were? Also have you breast fed? Mine are over the muscle do you know if this makes them more prone to dents? I hope you are healing well. Best wishes Rachellex

Hello racheller, Mine implant were 350cc under the muscle. I did nurse. But pre BA. As for dents, some Drs say rib cages were like that to begin with. Just more noticeable when the breast tissue is thin right after explant. Don't worry to much about that. Can't wait to hear how your doing:}
