I have always had big breast but it seen like they grow over the last year. My neck, back, shoulders hurt so bad. That I can take any more so now I hate to but I am going thought my ins to see what happens. So I seen my doctor about 3 weeks ago explain to her that i am having pain down my arm. I also explain to her that I want to have a breast reduction what do we have to do. So now I am going to physical therapy which is not going to help me.

Welcome! The physical therapy is a good starting point for getting the documentation that your insurance company will probably require in order for them to cover your procedure. Good luck and keep us posted.
