Surgery will be August 10th, 2012. I am having a tummy tuck with liposuction an a lift with augmentation.

So, I started to purchase the necessary items for surgery, the sports bra I found at Wal-Mart for $11.94. I have four pillows to help me stay in a V formation,$0.00. I read that it is better that way. Does anyone have feedback on the Silicone Scar treatment???

OK..So I have looked at almost every size implants and I have tried on sizers. I have finally chosen Silicone 400cc implants Medium Profile. I think haha. Too many choices, its like a candy store. I am 5lbs from my goal weight and though I am tempted to buy clothes for the summer I decided I should wait until this is over. I spent the day at the mall with my boyfriend and goodness, after I left the MAC store, I kept thinking only 2.5 months and then my body will match my face, Super cute..I even noticed a woman at See's Candy with her implants, I wanted to ask where did you get yours done, but decided that it was not cool. She looked super cute. Went to Viki and tried on swim suits and cannot wait until I don't have the flap hanging over the bikini area and my breast don't look like flat pancakes in the tops. You have to love push ups though, because two minutes later I put my push up bra on and instant breast lift.

Anyway, I am collecting my supplies. Got two button up shirts from Viki and some yoga pants. I had my guy practice putting on my sports bra. He is funny he held it up and said what the heck is this "poor baby".

Anyway the excitement is building and I will be happy when I can shop for the girls and the new tummy. I am so ready.

Be safe everyone going through this, it is exciting.

Well I have exactly 20 days left before surgery. I am excited, nervous and scared but most of all thrilled that this will be over soon. I have everything that is on the list including stool softener, vitamin E oil, Mederma, Scar FX, my front zip up bra's and I ordered my zip up hoodie. All together I am ready, my BF is calm and excited to see the new girls.

I have my pre op on August 9th and my surgery had to be moved to August 16th. But that's not a bad thing. The pain I am told is like a C section but I had natural birth so that is not helping me at all. I was told at the office I should get a few pillows so off to Target i go. Most of the items you need ladies are at Target and Wal mart including the FX Silicone Strips. Anyone have any advise on having their partners wait around, I don't want him in the waiting area for hours, so I told him to go to work or do something, six hours is a long time to read magazines in a hospital?

I spent a lot of time looking at breast and naked women, I have changed my mind several times but I think I am good now :) made my choice I am at 450 moderate profile silicone tear drop implants.

OK its official I have 16 days left before surgery...

OK its official I have 16 days left before surgery. I have purchased every thing I think I need. I should stop reading websites because I keep shopping LOL. I have tried on enough bras and I have purchased all the items I found at the websites. I created a list of possible questions to use during my pre op. I SIMPLY CANNOT WAIT FOR THE TIME TO FLY. I cannot wait to wear my clothes and my be comfortable in my skin again.

So far here is what I have purchased according to the nurse at my PS office and the websites any thoughts?

3 sport bras front zipper
1 jump suit to wear to and from the surgery center
3 zip up gowns to sleep in very short and silk so it won't stick to my skin
alcohol
beta-dine
peroxide
cotton swabs
Arnica
Silicone Strips
Thermometer
Vitamin E Oil
Mederma
Gloves
Back Scratcher
Always scented free panty liners
Water
Muscle Milk
Stabilizer strap for my breast implants
Installed Skype- to bother my BF at the office..LOL
Movies to keep me awake I will get bored
Scheduled my blood work up and EKG for August 3rd.
Scheduled my facial for two weeks after surgery and made my hair dresser appointment( I have to look good even healing)
Scheduled my mani/pedi for two weeks after so let's hope I feel better

Am I leaving anything out.

I am not sure why some people need the doctor to be super emotional with them. This doctor was extrememly professional, he was kind and attentive. He looked straight at me and gave me information that helped me to provide my family and friends with answers to questions that we had. I needed a doctor that stays calm under pressure, knows that he is doing and is technically an expert in his field. Well I found that in Dr. Williams, I have 8 days until my procedure, and I cannot wait. I will post my results once were done, but I am simply exited to work with this doctor.

OK, Did my post op today and really I cannot believe that I am 7 days away from this happening. I am excited. I got my Dermatic Ultra and my arnica. I am nervous but I have enough work and flying in and out this week so I will be possibly, possibly to busy to worry about things. MY BF I hope is ready, my meds have been called in and I feel good really good about this. YEAH

I am delighted with my results, what a wonderful team I had from Donna my nurse at Trivalley to Dr. Cho(sp). And of course Dr. Williams, as always he was kind, professional and was confident in his abilities. Again, ladies if your looking for a doctor that will give oyu honest feedback and be professionally supportive then this is him. WOW. Even my boyfriend said wow, the nurses said he gave you an hour glass figure it looks really good. Anyway I will update in a few weeks with photos,s but Dr. Williams and Tiffany thank you both.

Healing. Ladies listen to your doctor you have to stay still really you must. I went. Ack to work, lite duty I even sat still at wot as much ad I could and the swelling just multiplex by 10. I am hard headed but rely rest. As many have written the breast to me is the worst ricks on your. Best really it feels like engorged milk breast. I have hyper sensitive nipples now. Thou your compression garment will feel uncomfortable you will grow to love it. I sleep in it as it holds me together it I also sleep in my sports bra as well it holds it together. I am off all the pain meds I did take a Valium today to much movement so needed it.

I am excited to see what the outcome is.

Righ after surgery in my drugged state I heard my nurse Diane says why he gave her a real hour glass figure. I thought I was dreaming but 7 days later it's true. Jessica rabbit move over lol

I am so pleased with my results. Cannot believe that it has been five weeks today, wow how time flys. Like everyone else I have good days and bad days. I am swell hell most days but I try to keep my spirits up. I still have pains in the nipples sometime and very little sensation in the nipple itself, but I am still earlier in the process so I am not in any rush to judge my results. It suppose to be 6 months before I can see the final result. At 3 months I can see the outcome somewhat but the final will be at 3 months. On eating, I can eat at times and at times I cannot. I am holding weight now but I am OK with it, I will hit the gym at 8 weeks not before, I don't want to hurt anything.

Anyway, as always pleased with my surgeon and his team.
San Francisco Plastic Surgeon

I will update my ratings when the procedure is complete. For now, I must say that the experience was excellent, upfront I was told about the policies and procedures. The doctor offered to spend more time answering my questions. He even did a drawing to show me what he would do. I know this sounds elementary but it lends a personal touch to the initial meeting. His staff was professional and friendly. I will know more when I actually have the procedure and will update then. I will alsoP post my before and after pics then. After 10 doctors one of whom ripped me off, I must say I feel confident in Dr. Williams so refreshing to meet a professional with a sincere and honest practice. I almost gave up on this process. From the instant I meet this Dr. I knew he was the one. I knew he would understand what I was saying without giving me the nod and whatever lady. I will go to this doctor for any procedure that I have. I felt safe no nerves, when I saw his face I felt a sense of calm. He is an excellent Dr. take away the diploma's there is one thing medical school cannot teach them and its bedside manor and respect and this man has it. Thank you to your team. Carla I was going with Dr. Hisaka in Pleasanton, who was so sweet and what an awesome price, but family and friend helped me to chose and I must say they all chose Williams. So here I go.
