I will update my ratings when the procedure is complete. For now, I must say that the experience was excellent, upfront I was told about the policies and procedures. The doctor offered to spend more time answering my questions. He even did a drawing to show me what he would do. I know this sounds elementary but it lends a personal touch to the initial meeting. His staff was professional and friendly. I will know more when I actually have the procedure and will update then. I will alsoP post my before and after pics then. After 10 doctors one of whom ripped me off, I must say I feel confident in Dr. Williams so refreshing to meet a professional with a sincere and honest practice. I almost gave up on this process. From the instant I meet this Dr. I knew he was the one. I knew he would understand what I was saying without giving me the nod and whatever lady. I will go to this doctor for any procedure that I have. I felt safe no nerves, when I saw his face I felt a sense of calm. He is an excellent Dr. take away the diploma's there is one thing medical school cannot teach them and its bedside manor and respect and this man has it. Thank you to your team. Carla I was going with Dr. Hisaka in Pleasanton, who was so sweet and what an awesome price, but family and friend helped me to chose and I must say they all chose Williams. So here I go.
