I had spent he past 10 years trying to decide when would be a good time to have this surgery. I had always made excuses and found other things to spend my money on other than something I really wanted. I had decided that now was time. I wanted to have my breasts back to looking good and not deflated. I knew that it would take more than just and implant but also a lift, which I was happy to do. The cost was only a small factor as I wanted someone who was a perfectionist.

I had not expect them tobe perfect, because I knew he didnt have the perfect situation to work with, but I was so excited to see the end result. Much better than I had ever expected.

I'm glad this went well for you! What sort of implants did you go with?

I chose the 421cc Natrelle(Allergan) Silicone Implants.
I was your basic 36B(barely) and am now a 36D/DD.
Thats a good size to get! Can u post before an after pictures?
