Hi. I has surgery with Fatima in December. So now I 2 month post. She is the best doctor ever, I love her! And her team and post recovery attention unbelievable. And she's hands are magical believe me:) Most doctors forget about you when you came back home, but not Almonte! I still speak with her and her assistant about my progress, photo, complications etc. By the way you can't do the lipo of tummy with TT at once. Only separate make lipo of tummy, and come back for TT after 6 month, or do TT and come back for lipo. Because it's a huge risk for seroma and it not safe for your health. I think for you will enough just TT you have not so big tummy. Watch my blog, I have all info about Fatima there.

And about TT, I think you need a full TT with muscle repair to make you waist more tiny. Mini TT not enough for you because you have a tummy at upper part it means that you have a muscle separation, not just saggy skin which hanging and cover a private area. And a muscle repair didnt do with TT. But I am not doctor, It's just my opinion. Anyway good luck with your financial and surgery!

I totally understand your frustration but look at the bigger picture, there's hope. I'm much bigger than you and I too will be getting procedures done. Think positive and see yourself different. Remember beauty is skin deep. I will follow your progress. Good luck in your journey:-)

If being on realself makes you sad to see all of the women, maybe you should take a break from the site until you are closer to saving what you need. No need to torture yourself and be depressed. Your time will come...income tax time is right around the corner :-). Best of luck!

I know how you feel love, if you can't afford to have all your sx done at the same time than perhaps do one at a time...heal, save up & plan for your next sx till you have them all done. Or simply continue to save till you have all your funds funds together. Some ladies have waited yrs before they can afford to have they're sx done so don't feel too bad your time is near your more than half way there with $3000... Keep in mind you need more than just SX $. you need $ for your after care meds/vitamins/emergency serv. etc. If you were living outside of the Dominican Republic you would need $ to stay in a RH for at least 2 weeks if you were having all those procedures at the same time, you would also need airfare $. Lucky you live in DR because right there you are saving approximately $1500 all depending where you would be traveling from... Most of us girls have to travel from the US and even from the UK/Europe... I myself will be traveling from the UK. Like many ladies out there and RS sisters here I am also desperate to have my sx. I honestly cant wait but I am also preparing myself and losing a few lbs and try to be the healthiest that I can be so my sx go smooth. You don't look so bad hun but if this help tell yourself that while you raise the $ for the rest of your sx you will work on shedding some lbs and maybe you wont need a tt maybe have some lipo instead since your so scared. If your serious about raising funds for your sx but don't know how or cant cause you say you have kids how about fixing up a room in your house with all the necessities that a patient will need for after their sx and rent it out to them for a cheaper price then most RH and SAVE SAVE SAVE hun charge the girls $/USD if the bedroom is large enough make it into a double bedroom with 2 beds and rent it out you already know that we girls are going to DR for sx by the dozen to get beautified LOL... hun I think that will solve your money issue right there and raise your funds over night... You know it's a brilliant idea... If you want more info just look at all the info from all RH rules and all make sure you can provide the girls with the emergency serv and that your house is clean and tidy and that you care for them like in any RH would provide for their patients and your all good to go... As I read your review I have chills all over my body! I feel everything you are saying. I know what it is to not like your body. I was fine with my body until I found out that my husband had an affair for 6 YRS!!!! It's going to be a year since I found out. We are together. The woman he cheated on me has done her body and still he left her because he wants to save our marriage. So far is good, but I still think about it. And let me tell you, if finding out that I've been cheated on for 6 freaking yrs hasn't destroyed me, then nothing will! God is by my side!! don't put in your head that he left you because of your body! he was with you with your body like that anyway! That will bring you down and it's not worth it, trust me! She wasted her freaking time thinking he was going to leave me for her! So F her! If they are going to leave you, they will leave you no matter what! the other woman's body looks way better than mine and he still chose to stay with me. Look keep your head up high. Keep on going if he can't be with you in the bad o well.. if you make a plan you will be able to come up with the money. For about three year I have wanted this for myself first had the money surprise I was pregnant with my second. Now my baby is almost two iN septiember iI finally made the decision but guess what not a pennie, today I have 1800 and it has not been two month is possible I can't do it right this min but I will do it soon I plan to have mines done in June I will have the money way before that can't until June be patient make a plan (realistic plan) time flys I can't wait to see your results...
