When I first got on realself I seen the work of...

When I first got on realself I seen the work of Dra. Yily and fell in love with her skilled hands. I had thought about surgery but made my mind up only when I saw her results of before and after pics. I read several stories about bedside manners and no communication and what not but still decided to make a decision for myself. After reading about the CIPLA infections I decided to communicate with her and find out what was going on.
below is an email I sent to the Dra. and her response. Dra Yily, I understand you are very busy and are very popular right now but I have quite a few questions and/or concerns. A deposit has already been sent and a confirmation date for the surgery has been sent as well. My concerns are regarding complications, sterility, too many girls scheduled for the surgery in the same day, timing and pricing and/or cancellation. If you don't mind calling me I would really be thankful. At this time I am unsure as to what I want and/or need done. I have been given quotes on the various procedures you perform. Since I have not made a decision as to the type of procedures I would like/need done are the quotes a firm price even? Recently there have been very bad reports of women after the surgery due to complications and/or infections. The CIPLA being shut down because of infections and equipment, instruments not being sterilized etc. Is there anything you can tell me regarding these issues? I am sure as a professional surgeon you understand my questions and/or concerns regarding these issues. I am 42 years old and really do no want and would like to avoid complications and issues. Can you tell me how many surgeries are scheduled and/or allowed during the day. Some women complain about having to wait until 9PM to have their surgery done, to me the concern is not so much the wait but the quality of the work that can be done after a professional such as your self has been working and performed so many surgeries in a day. Also, I understand there is a $50 fee for cancellation if I decided not to have the surgery done please let me know who I would contact for the deposit. Hopefully you understand my concerns as a soon to be patient I am not trying to insult or question your skills because clearly you are very skilled and I have seen the quality of your work through various pictures. I also do see that you are very busy but if you wouldn't mind please contacting me via phone I would be very thankful. If you are busy and do not want to be questioned and/or contacted regarding this matter. I will understand and thank you for your time. Linda Yily Loramny De Los Santos Rosario Jul 25 to me I am e-mailing you via my assistant! She will be able to call you as my English is limited, Here the press is kind of sensationalist, and there is a lot of money and competition involved in this world. The problems the clinic had, is not really because of any infection, My instruments get sterilized for 12 hours! And I also make sure that my staff is clean as well! I don't do more that 4 surgeries a day! And yes. it's true there has been patients waiting until 9pm, but not because of me having too many patient, but because of the fact that if I get just one Operating Room, it takes about 2 hrs to clean it all over, and sometimes if the procedures are too many it takes even longer. And these days as we've been having inspections from the Health Department and everything is OK! I totally understand your concerns and if I were you I would have exactly the same ones! Regards She didn't even bother to respond... WOW!!! I have been trying to get reimbursed by Dra. Yily Loreamy De los Santos for the passed 30 days and I get a response back here and there saying she is working on it and then nothing. Does anyone have any idea of how to go about getting reimbursed?

Very poor communication. Such a shame for a skilled doctor that are obviously making a ton of money but doesn't seem to have enough staff to provide adequate service.
