This is just a quick note to express my thoughts about Dr. Duran.
Dr. Duran have been extremely wonderful. She followed up to ensure I was doing ok. When I went to the hospital I texted her about my concerns with my health and not being able to effectively communicate with the nurses due to the language barrier. Within minutes of texting her an English speaking nurse entered the room with Dr. Duran on the phone. My family phone her and she answered their questions. Her English is limited but I was able to get the answers I needed. Her assistants were equally pleasant. I did not experience one negative professional interaction.

Angela and her staff are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Angela, the owner, employs two ladies Carmen , provide transport, and Carla , assist with everything from bathing to applying ointments. Angela have three rooms with two bed in each and the ability to accommodate six girls. Her home is very neat and clean and provide modest accommodation.
Angela and her staff are very attentive . Angela provide three balanced meals a day and she will monitor your nutrition intake to ensure it is adequate. For the first couple of days my appetite was poor and she made protein shakes with fresh fruit and vegetables. I have watched her consoling girls having breakdown to expressing to the Doctors her dissatisfaction with care provided. She is very personable and caring . All of her food is home made and it is quite tasty. The daily rate is $65.00 and I think it is reasonably priced.

The day after surgery the nurses came in to assist me into my post op garment. The first attempt, I almost fainted but they provided me with a lot of assistant. I didn't realize that tears was streaming down my face because the pain was so intense. I eventually got into it but it was quite a task. It was very difficult for me to sleep because I couldn't find a comfortable position. I have attached a photo of my make shift bed lol.
