I think that where I am with it Im 184 as of now. Im working out to tone but I don't want to come down too much because only place I Lose weight is my lower body. While I still carry fat in my upper body.

My motivation is simple. I want to be curvy. I want to remove all the fat from undesirable places to the desire places. I'm so excited. I been in the gym for five months wasting my time and money on a personal trainer and gym membership. NOW I need to gain more weight for my bbl. Lol The gym helped me tone but I was losing weight everywhere. With the help of Dr Yily, I should get the curvy body that I want.
