.... but im pretty sure my 14 hr flight has caused my ass to deflate a bit .. my flight was full so i was not able to get a row for myself so 14 hrs of sitting down on my boppy pillow has sure to have done some damage .. not to mention at times i felt like i wasnt sitting on it properly :( i looked at my ass ass soon as i got home and it does indeed look smaller :(

i have all these hard lumps on my stomach ... i emailed Fatimeh about them and she assured me that they would go away eventually as long as i wear my compression garment and epifoam 24/7 ... i was a bit worried that i took out my drains a lot sooner than i should have ... i am pretty sure i still have a lil bit of fluid leftover so i am hoping massages will make them go away ... for all the post op ladies: how long did it take till these lumps go away?????

PAIN FACTOR - minimal
MOBILITY- 85% there ( i can move around alot more but i still cant overdo it and cant move as fast .. the epifoam makes it a lot harder for me to move around )

Fatimeh sed that she tried calling me a few times to check up on me .. and indeed i did get a few missed calls .. at that time i didnt know who it was and i just didnt want to pick up any international calling cos im sure everyone knows how international roaming is soooo expensive and i know that i have jacked up my phone bill already ..

here are some post op pics of me .. im sure you can notice the lumps .. please tell me that this is normal and these lumps would eventually go away..

PS: im still really swollen and im hoping, praying that i still get smaller than this!!

well im finally leaving the recovery house today .. im a bit sad but excited at the same time ..

everyone was soo lovely at Beauty Care Recovery House .. so i would definitely recommend anyone who is having surgery done in Tijuana to come stay here .. they will really look after you :)

10 days post op and I am feeling good :) my drains are still in me and Dr Cardenas said that i might have to wait an extra couple days before i could take it out ... she taught me how to do it and it sounds simple enough so I might just have to do it myself .. im getting my last massage today .. Maripaz is amazing .. and she really gives you a lot of good tips to make your recovery easier ..

i still have pains on my side but other than that I dont really feel pain anywhere else .. i still cant walk as fast as i used to .. im not sure whether or not thats because of the lipo foams i have on or not .. i have about three lipo foams on plus a tringular thing for my back ... for my back dr. cardenas showed me how to do it with a tea towel so i am using that instead of the triangular foam ..

carmen took me out of the RH the other day which was really nice of her .. she took me to the beach and had some of their tacos, coconut and mangoes ... if you are in Tijuana I would definitely recommend trying out some of their tacos .. according to her Tijuana is famous for their Tacos lol

i will post more fotos soon ... the swelling has definitely gone down so im hoping i get smaller and smaller lol
