ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY post tummy tuck
WORTH IT$9,200
I'm just 6 days past my one year anniversary of my surgery date. It's been a long year of recovery mentally and physically. I regretfully moved away from Florida to a place where it snows with a long winter and packed back on some weight while in hibernation. Not too much weight but started going to yoga and going to start running 5k's this year. It's been a huge boost to my confidence looking back at old pics of me in a bikini to where I am now. My scar still runs high in the center and I might look into revision of some sort if available but overall as far as flatness- I think I achieved desired outcome. Peace, love, and happiness to you! -Kayla

You really do look wonderful!
Wow what a roller coaster of emotions..that said, i think your results are fabulous. hope you are doing great! Thx for sharing your review in detail. It helps us who are going to have TT get prepared ...somewhat :-)
I read some of your mommy makeover blog... I wanted to let you know to prepare yourself for very intense pain. I only had TT and flanks lipo. I was pretty much sleep through the first week because of the pain meds. I have a very high pain tolerance and I was chair bound except to pee for a week and half. My son was about 20 months old at the time of the surgery and I could not pick him up for a good amount of time because my abdominal wall felt weak

You will really start to see a difference once you have worked out steadily and gain strength in your core. Plank work really helps. It's just so hard because exercise can also induce swelling. Fight through because it will go away. I promise.
