6 weeks post op - PHOTOS! - Denver, CO

OK Its finally 6 weeks out today! I am getting around so much better now. Hunched over a little more at night and minor swelling. Wanted to post my pics!

I made it! Its been one week and I'm starting to feel better finally. Not so much in a drug/brain fog since I'm only taking my Oxycodone at night. I got my drains removed yesterday (day 6 post op) and also FINALLY had my first BM. I had been taking stool softeners daily which I'm sure helped...but it was still work! My PS says all stitches look great, tummy is flat, and breasts look good too! I made a update on youtube if anyone wants to hear any of my tips of items that helped. Its been 4 days since my MM. So far, I've been taking my pain meds about every 3 hrs. and drinking lots of fluids to hopefully keep the swelling down. I am very poofy around my top ab area. My compression garment is squeezing me to death and it happens to be right over my belly button! ugh! I'm scared to take this garment off. I will need to go poop soon (i hope) and I would like to take a shower soon too. I feel like I won't be able to get this thing back on because its sooo tight! I haven't peeked in on my full tummy yet, but it appears to be very flat. My PS said he was able to take off more of my skin than he marked pre-op. WOW! I can't wait to see the results.
