Met with my PS today and super excited for sugery on March 14. It was easy to commit to procedure since I've wanted it done for 15 years but now I have to commit to a size.
PS recommended a 421 mod plus or 500 hp for a little larger look. Normally I'd go with 500 hp but I'm unsure of what the lift is going to do....decisions, decisions.

Surgery scheduled for March 14th, can't wait. Need a lift after having my 3 boys (1 set of twins), also getting a slight reduction in larger breast to fix asymmetry before adding the implants.
I'm 5"7' about 155, still trying to loose baby weight, usually around 145. Currently around a 36 b/c (depending on the breast), I'd like to be a full D possibly DD, I'm not a small person so I don't think it will look out of proportion. I think I'm going with the silicone 500cc HP...afraid the 421 mod plus won't get me to the full D/DD after the reduction.
I'm obsessed with this site and looking at before & afters....the 14th can't come soon enough!

Had my mammogram and have to go back for ultrasound, have a dense area that needs to be looked at closer. I'm pretty sure its because I just finished breast feeding my last baby 2 months ago. Hope this doesn't affect my surgery but even more hope nothing is wrong.
Scheduled for BA next week and can hardly wait, 500cc's here I come:-)

1 day post op and feeling pretty good. I wouldn't describe it as painful, just feel muscle soreness, very manageable with meds. Never got nausea and was out of bed last night on couch hanging with the hubby. Hardest part now is sleeping upright, normally a stomach sleeper.
I love the way the look so far, I think my PS achieved the exact look I was after. Will post a few pics after I can remove bra for shower.

2 days post op, my only problem at this point is sleep. I'm a stomach sleeper so sitting up while catching some Z's has been difficult.
Really excited to shower today and will get some pics to post. This has been a great experience so far and I couldn't be happier with results. I'm sure the girls will be even better once they drop some.
I do miss picking up my boys and the baby but my wonderful hubby is doing a great job in mommy's place. I feel so blessed.

2 weeks post op, finally got to remove tape. Lift scars are a little frightening but I know in time they get better. Really wish the frankenboob would come down, noticeably better than a week ago though . It all takes time and patience, I know in the end its all worth it:-)

Went out and bought a Bali double support wireless bra, actually seems to hold in and compress better than a sports bra, kind of a grandma bra but its temporary. Doing my massages trying to work out the frankenboob and have felt good enough to start some light treadmill workouts. I keep looking at everyone else's results and am a little jealous of how they look already but if I go to the breast lift reviews things look more similar to me......guess I should,very started my post/review there instead.

3 weeks post op and feeling incredible. When I look back at the difference from before the surgery I can't believe I ever even looked like that. I had different size and shaped breasts. I posted new pics, things are falling into place nicely. I'm sure there will still be slight asymmetry, nothing or nobody is perfect, but I am so happy with the results. Back to my treadmill workouts, still trying to loose that baby weight from my beautiful 4 month old son....next year it's a tummy tuck:-)

Had my 6 week post op appt, Doc said I still haven't dropped and need to work on massage some more. Also have a little pinched look around a nipple but I guess it's from the sutures and need to do a little tissue there as well and it should go away. I feel like I'm still growing in size, hope that stops real soon! Can't wait to go get a couple of regular bras now. Next checkup in 6 months, looking forward to some drop and fluff:-)

Updated on 17 Mar 2012:Wonderful experience, I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived, Dr. Slenkovich and staff are great. I've already gone back for botox treatment and will be getting my lipo here as well.
