Went and paid a visit to my ps. What a great doc. He answered every qurstion I had. My thighs and hips were really swollen and he told my it was normal. My boyfriend was there and they ganged up on me. Well my BF told on me., that i'm up doing to much and not resting. So he put me on a walk and rest. More rest than walk. No gym until six weeks and not even the treadmill. He told me it too dangerous, because I could fall and pull something loss. My bf also told him I wanted to zipline when we go to Vegas in two weeks. Guess what thats not going to happen. Oh yah all drains out... Thank you Jesus.....

I have thought about this for awhile and the reason I picked Dr. J was because he was so professional. He didn't just give me one choice, he gave me many. I had changed my mind many of time during this process, but he was very patient with me. He gave me the cost of everything I would change my mind it seems like everyday. He explained everthing to me. His staff A+. His staff RN Karen was great. I would call and leave a message and she would either call or e-mail me. Great, great, great bedside manner. I picked the best.

So I'm two weeks out and went in last Thur for doc appt and he said I scare him. I'm truly blessed, because I haven't had any pain (except for the back pain), no discomfort, and not too muck swelling in the stomach area

I read other post and feel if I had anything done, because my reaction is total different than others. Is this normal?
A little over two weeks out and I just uploaded pics and my belly button is looking crazy. My drains are out and not too much swelling, except for my hips and thighs. My thighs are doulbe the size they were. I was in a size 8 pants and had to go up a size in jeans just to put some on. Can someone look at my belly button and tell me if its going to get better. I hope everyone is healing good. I'm praying for everyone. Stay blessed.
Hey there! My BB didnt look like that, but I will say taping an ear plug in there made a significant difference for me-even after only 8 hours! Hope that helps
Thanks I've been stuffing it with zeroform. I think ill only get better. From my before and after pics a scare is okay.
My BB is vertical. The swelling has had a lot to do with it. I bet the earplug or the zerofoam will help. But I do know that the swelling had an effect on the verticalness of my BB. The more swelling the longer the crease.

So yesterday the nurse called for my output from my drains. Well it seems i'm up and moving around too much. She said i'm draining too much. She said the only time she wants me up is when I go to the restroom. So I guess i'm stuck in this recliner for a little bit. Other than that i'm doing fine. No pain meds today. Making sure i'm getting my fluid In. One question, my thighs and hips feel sooo swollen is that normal? Until next time.

Had my tt on monday and doing great. I have a question. My thighs and my hips are sooo swollen is that normal? No bm yet taking stool softner, but no help. Will be trying some mom. Hope everyone is doing well and feeling better.

Okay this is my 3rd day out and feeling great. I got the chance this morning to clean up and get refreshed. I am loving my stomach. I just can't believe how it looks. I know its still swollen and can't wait to see the end results. I hear everyone talking about these darn drains and they are a pain in my but. So far so good.
