Almost four years post op!
I do about twenty minutes of yoga a couple times a week. My tummy feels really hard although I've had to do zero sit-ups. My tummy used to be very squishy and covered in stretch marks pre surgery.

I can't believe it's been almost four years since my procedure and I'm still thrilled that I decided to have my surgery. Since my procedure, I have had friends who have gone to other surgeons who charge less, and I've seen some scary outcomes. I'm writing this to help you make the right choice that yes, he really is worth the extra expense. My tummy still feels firm and looks toned. My incision is low and I feel great about wearing a bikini although I'm a mom of two. I almost didn't have the breast augmentation because I was worried about doing too much at once. Now I'm thrilled that I have my body back and definitely needed my breasts and tummy helped. My breasts are the same size now (one seemed a little larger before the surgery), I still have sensation in my nipples, and there was no bruising. Yay!
The only thing I hated about the procedure is that it hurt to cough for a week. I wasn't expecting that part. I think having the anesthesia tube in my throat irritated it a bit, and I found myself sometimes coughing, which definitely hurt. But was it worth it? Yes!
