Improved appearance and vision. I had full upper eyelids that effected may vision and effected my ability to see up when I played sports. I also wanted to have better looking eyes but very natural. I'm very pleased with my eyes. I had full Asian lids and my eyes were barely visible. Now when i look up and to the side I don't have to turn my head as much.
