I go in tomorrow morning for my surgery. Is there anything I need to know before I go in? A tidbit of history on me... I am 30 and have two children. 1st was 8lbs 9oz and 2nd was 9lbs 7oz. I had my son natural but my daughter had to be c-sectioned. I was told that the pain is WAY worse with the C-section, is that true? Another question I am on my period now too..Is this ok? The PS said it was. Also I was wondering if any of you have had your implants done through the tummy tuck? My cousin had hers done by this same doc through her belly button and had no problems at all. Please give me any info about your procedures! TY!

UPDATE!!!! =) So I am 2 weeks post surgery! I am doing good! Still a little sore here and there! The first two days were HORRIBLE!! I was in so much pain! They had given me 1 Demerol shot and 2 fentenol shots before I had left! The Demerol was great (I had this when I had my C-section) I believe that the Fentenol didn't work at all!!! I was taking a vicodin every 2-3 hours for the first 4 days. The worse part of it all is that I am apparently a super fast healer and started developing scar tissue from the tubes for the breast aug, under each breast. So the massaging is killer!! =( My left side is really good, dropped well and the swelling isn't bad at all, but it has the most scar tissue building. The right side is still really swollen though. Through massaging we are breaking the scar tissue up! I have to massage my breasts and belly every night. I still have my drain, I can't wait to get the darn thing out! I will probably go in on Thursday! My incision is SUPER low, top of my pubic hair line and almost the crease of my hips!! And I went with a full D cup (525cc). I am super excited to see my final results, when I am fully healed.

Hey Ladies! I finally am adding pictures!! =) My pre pic is a pic of a pic...not so good but you can see the difference. I still have some swelling on my sides and I do have a tissue issue on my right breast, that the nurse is in the process of fixing. I refuse to have another surgery so the little imperfection I will deal with if it doesn't crease. Nothing major! I am VERY happy with my results!! My breast don't even look fake they are AWESOME!!! I was hoping that they were a little smaller. They are a 36DD, I was hoping for a 36D. Like I said I am excited!

Hey Everyone! It has been awhile since I have updated. It has been almost 8 months and everything is great! I still have a spot where my right breast needs to tuck and fold. Other than that it is all good!
Jen you look awesome!!! What a nice flat and sexy tummy. I love the bikini...
Oh yes Target is my favorite...well that and Victorias Secret :)
You look amazing!! Thanks so much for posting your photos.
Just wondering how your surgery went! Are you healing okay? Is your discomfort minimal? Please let us know when you get a chance.
Hi there,
Some surgeons will perform breast augmentation through the belly button, but it's pretty rare. Here are some doctor answers on this. I have read varying things about the pain of a tummy tuck versus c-section. I think the recovery for a tummy tuck is longer. Have any ladies here had both? What do you think about the relative pain?
Good luck with your procedure!! Please keep us posted on how it goes and how you're feeling afterward.
I had a C-section for twins and then 3 years later a Full TT. (at the age of 42) The C-section was so much easier than the TT for me. No comparison.
The first couple weeks, I wondered why the heck it did it at all, really depressed. But now, 10 months out, so VERY glad I did it. I feel so much more free, and confidant. I don't worry about my big hanging belly being the first thing people notice, I don't worry being intimate with my husband. Now I worry about my wrinkles! But those, I will keep!:) Just hang in there!
