In answer to the questions concerning the way the implants feel, they feel firm but not unnatural. They were placed intramuscularly so there is adequate tissue coverage over them. I'm only five weeks out, so I am still a bit swollen, yet, even at this stage, they are soft enough to seem natural. They feel like a muscular butt would feel. I realize they will continue to soften even more as the swelling goes down, and the muscle relaxes.
The shape also continues to change and is becoming more round and full. Even the lower portion of my bottom is lifted and tight. This was the perfect size for my small frame and balances my body in all the right ways, while also giving me a very natural S curve from the side view.
