Thanks for sharing your experience with us. If you don't mind sharing, how long have you been doing the HCG diet and how much weight have you lost?

I have done 2 cycles over the past year and lost a total of 28 lbs. It teaches you how to eat healthy and alters your total lifestyle. I began craving vegetables and salads are a staple of my everyday diet now. Not only has this diet affected me, now my husband benefits as well. He's began eating healthier and working out more. Great experience!
