As a masters swimmer, I was not feeling comfortable in my speedo. I lost 20 lbs in 30 days with the HCG diet. Then had the Zeltiq sculpting procedure to remove the love handles.
I now have a 29"-30" waist again and look like a swimmer. Losing the weight has also reducing my swimming times by 5-10 seconds. The transformation has been incredibly noticeable, not only to me, but to my teammates as well.
Seeing Dr. Kessler was the best decision I made.
