“Great Product but Awful Customer Service at my Medspa”

Im a 29yr. old female that has pronounced nasolabial folds due to my hereditary background...

The PA was pretty good but the do be aware to wait quite some time to be attended they do have aweful time scheduling...after waiting a good 45min I was sat down and made a brief consultation fortunately I have done my homework prior to this and was decided on which dermi filler was appropiate for my problem as soon as she came to the facts and prices I made my decision on applying this wonderful dermifiller...

She applied some numbing cream and took me to the wating room after a good 45min wait (...AGAIN...)she called me out and began with the procedure, no complaints on her.. she has a very gentle hand and made sure it was done right on my right side of my face as for my left somehow I began bleeding too much and was difficult for her to inject me in my left nasolabial fold...She decided to stop and made another appointment for my left side 3weeks after...I was happy when i came back home because it slightly did improve my right side which was worse than my left...after the 3rd day the swelling went down and fortunately had no bruising whatsoever...

On my second appointment I had to wait AGAIN 1HR before she attended me. She forgot about my problem and where she put the rest of my radiesse injection.. They ended up pushing some clients on my appointment for her to be able to assist me...LOL terrible customer service especially after I paid her fully in cash...oh well i didnt want to make a big fuss because i really didn't want her to do a bad job on me (I mean really you don't want someone on your badside especially when she is injecting your face)

Again she put some numbing cream and waited this time for 45min and she took me to her office...as soon as i sat down she said the my right side looked wonderful but was in need of another filler to make it look even better.. she started selling me more products and other fillers alternatives etc...very very very annoying plus I am a college student that doesnt make much money and doesnt rely on credit cards...she was selling the 2nd injection for 600 and no discounts...(especially after I payed in cash) She told me that that was a wonderful price and she cannot bring it any lower than that....anyways I wasn't interested on the 2nd injection so she rushed the procedure on my left side...

Well it's been 1week and a half and the left side does need more fillin I believe that only 4mm was covered and the rest needed more... I'm probably going to another clinic to see if i can get it done ...any one can help me????
