Just had Zeltiq done today and was pleasantly surprised that there was almost no discomfort during the procedure. The doctor said the first 5 minutes may "take your breath away" and be uncomfortable, but I just felt some tugging and a little pinch. It wasn't even bad when the suction came off, it just felt funny and a little tender when massaged.

I'll post follow-ups at 1 and 2 months.

Well, it's been a little over a month and I haven't seen a lot of change yet. I know they say to wait until at least two months for the final results and after pictures so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Will post again after 2 months.

I have absolutely no complaints with Dr. Ridenour or his staff. They answered every question and I never felt like I was being rushed during consultation or procedure.
