Well, my big day is coming...... I've been on here every nite for two weeks reading the other ladies stories.....So here goes mine. I have been very uncomfortable with my muffin top for a while and now that I'm turning 45 in Nov. I think it's time to do Me! Today i drove three hours to Columbus Ga to see Dr C....it was great, i felt so encouraged by the time i left his office.....my surgery is next Thursday and i am ready

Well...it's 12am....today is my big day!!!!! I'm on my way to Columbus, my sister is driving me and she is gonna stay with me. I made reservations at a local hotel for 2 days. Hopefully I will return home on Friday. I am sooooo excited, probably won't get nervous until time to check in at the office. I feel so encouraged....I am really ready for the new me. I've been thinking about it at work all day so I'll keep you updated as much as possible....Happy Healing to me

Week I just left from seeing Dr C...... I thought that I was gonna get my drain taken out today but he said no its not time. So I'll wait. He also said that I'm healing nicely just alittle swollen but that's to be expected..... I am truly satisfied at this point be he assured me that is gonna be much better than this.....with that being said "All Smiles Here" happy healing to everyone. Have a great day

Good morning as we speak I'm on my way back to Columbus for my first check up. I am excited about my progress, I'll post more pic today. I think that my healing process is going good because everyday I'm feeling better and I'm so thankful for that the swelling is going down around my bb ..... And by the end of the day most of my swelling is at the bottom of my stomach is that natural?

Your look great! I hear Dr C is great! Is it true that he give u a warranty to come back and get lipo if any fat comes back? Just something I heard. I can't wait to see more after pics. Happy healing to u:...

Hello Realself family......Im back. I made it through the big day. When i woke up i was very sore could barely walk but it gets better day by day, I'm starting to feel better day by day. I am so impressed with my surgery....Dr C ROCKS!!!! i go back on Wed for my first post op appt... my drainage tube is good.Thanks for all the well wishing... Im having a problem with GAS!!!! I have been taking gas x but it doesn't seem to be working if anyone have some ideas please let me know.

Congrats on your upcoming surgery! You're gonna love being on the flat side. This is one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself & I haven't had 1 regret except not doing it years ago. Can't wait to follow your journey.

Thanks Ladies, been out today getting things that i will need but i didn't see bandages on the list.....would you suggest that i buy some?

I would recommend gauze pads or even mini pads. Bandages will stick to your incision and that will make you fly to the moon when you try to take them off.
