I am a 49 year old mother of 3. I gained 50 pounds with each pregnancy and my stomach was ruined!

I have wanted this for over 20 years and am anxious, nervous, excited and thrilled. My pre-op is this morning so I have my list of questions.

This site has helped me more than anything else I've seen! Reading all your stories has given me hope for my results and the knowledge of what to expect as far as recovery goes.

I am having a tummy tuck, muscle repair and a breast augmentation. I will post before and after photos. All of yours have helped me more than you will ever know. I am having some guilt about spending this much money on myself but I also know that getting this fat around my waist gone will not only look better but will be healthier for me. Thanks to all who have posted.

I forgot to mention I am also having some lip of the flanks. The closer it gets, the more nervous I am. I spend more time out on this site than anywhere else. It really helps to see the before and afters to see why I am doing this. Still having thoughts of not waking up but I know intellectually that it is extremely rare. Just have to keep the end results in mind. I have fibromyalgia and hope getting this extra tire off will help that as well. I work out 3 days a week with both weights and cardio but still have that belly. I am very excited for this to be over. I am staying overnight my PS says because of the extended TT. He wants me up and around as much as possible. He does not put a binder on right away. He said it won't be until at least my post-op appointment. Well here are my before pictures. I forgot to say that I am doing 400 cc's on the right breast and 425 cc's on the left due to the asymetry.
