14 weeks po on tues May 7 and couldn't be feeling happier, I'm healthy, turned 34 last week, got a flat stomach and life is good. I'm working on getting some ab definition so lets see how my new journey goes. I still swell in the evening and really bad during and after working my doctor says I'm cleared to do what ever I want but to use common sense lol whatever that means. Scar is looking better not gone but of course it's a process my doctor says I only have to wear the gel stip for 3 more weeks but I feel naked without it. I also still wear my compression garment at night and spanx during the day I just feel more comfortable that way. It's crazy how having a flat stomach can really boost your confidence I don't think twice about the shirts I put on any more and tuck my shirt in. That's all for now will post updated pics soon.

Happy Easter fellow tummytuckers just a brief...
Happy Easter fellow tummytuckers just a brief update ill be 9 weeks April 2 time is flying and my body is healing well. I can tell I definently need to work on my core it so week. Still swelling on a daily basis normally late day or after my work out, still working on getting this body tight. I'm sure all of you lAdies that have done it feel like myself no regrets and absolutely worth it. Buenos noches!

It's been a few weeks since my last update but...
It's been a few weeks since my last update but life has pretty much returned to normal almost. I'll be 6 wks PO tomorrow. My stomach still swells every day especially in the evening and my upper abs are still sore and a little puffy not really sure what that's all about. I started my scar treatment two weeks ago silicon sheet and this thing is like magic I saw a drastic improvement within the first week. Doing light walking although doc says I can run if I want and weights. I'm just so cautious worried about hurting something or bringing that ugly hernia back. I have to get moving tho because summers right around the corner and I have to get this body all the way together. I hope everyone is healing well til next time. P.s. Not the best pics kind of blurry but thought I should post my progression.

How do you like the gel thing for the scar ? What brand is it ?
I love the gel strip it's called new gel it doesn't get in the way of anything and is very adhesive. My scar is healing very well and really thinning out I think the strip has a lot to do with how fast it's healing. Google new gel
Girl you look great from the pics, we are going to look hot for the summer. I too still have swelling some days especially if I eat something salty, I can tell immediately with the swelling. Most of my swelling remains in my lower ab above my scar. I'm praying that will go away by the time I reach my final results.
