I did my homework, I know it won't be easy but I'm ready. Picked my doctor after meeting a couple and online research with reviews. But the most important part was that consultation and our interaction. I knew right away that I had chosen he best doctor for me! I'm going with Dr. Kurtis Martin in Cincinnati, Oh. I know I have a bad date (Dec 30) no NYE for me! But with work and already scheduled vacation time it works out for the best. Plus my daughter will be home from college to help me with everything. Yes I dread recovery but it is temporary and I can not wait until I'm comfortable in my clothes. We can do this!!!!

Today was the first time I was really able to look at myself and see how I have changed. While I am very puffy from the swelling, the change is remarkable! I don't recoginize the body in the mirror. I couldn't be more thrilled with the change. Yes my hips are bruised, my belly is swollen and the incision looks scary but the change in shape is amazing! I'll post pics soon
