Dr Harris does subtle work, but I'm not sure if a person can handle a dramatic nose job with the first go around .
It's your face, to go from 1-100 causes mental issues. Ie Latoya Jackson looks like 2 different ppl. Look like a better u, not another person .

I do not agree with this statement. I have seen dramatic changes on primary rhinoplasty. Depending on if the surgeon possesses the skill required to make these changes. And ya i wanna look like me but with a different better looking nose. Surgery cost too much money for a “subtle result” when a more dramatic change is wanted.
