36 Yrs Old, 1 Grown Son, Breastfed..Wanting my Old Body Back and to Go Up in Size. - Miami, FL

I grew up really fast and was a 32D when I was a teenager. I got pregnant young and my breast size went up to about a DD or DDD. Although I was dumb enough not to wear a bra and breastfeeding had its toll on my body. I have been wanting to get implants for a long time but just never had the time to do it. Might have been more scared than not enough time. I finally sent my photos off for a virtual consult in March of this year. We actually decided to buy a RV instead so I put off my procedure for a few months. Now I am ready and no more putting it off. I am going to CG Cosmetic in Miami Florida on August 24- 26th or 27th. I will be using Dr. Jacob Freiman, hopefully as that was the Dr. that was going to do it in March. I have seen good and bad things about all the Dr.'s. Dr. Jacob Freiman seems to have a very good surgical hand from all these reviews I have read on him. I am confident that he will give me the results that I am looking for. They are going to do a Subpectoral Bilateral Augmentation. I am going to use 'Saline' as the incisions are usually smaller and size can be enlarged during the procedure. I am going to let the Dr. determine the insertion site. I just do not want an insertion around the nipple. I also sent pictures to Spectrum and the Dr. there wanted to do a lift and a BA. I do not want a life nor do I feel like I need one. I felt like it was just to get more money. I am not even sure that they even took the time to do a real evaluation of the pictures. I will update more on my way to my procedure after I meet with Dr. Freiman. I am hoping to go to 500- 550 cc's. I have wide hips and want to balance my body out. I also love the 'fake' look of implants compared to the 'natural' look.
