So I finally told my family but they don't...

So I finally told my family but they don't seem suprised and they don't seem interested in talking about it. I can tell in the back of their mind they think I am crazy. But this is my body and what I choose to do with it is up to me, I don't see why people just can't be happy for me. I feel and look amazing, I would just like the support back. At least my husband and I are happy campers, that's all that matters :)

I hear you about the "telling" issue. I am 14 days away (yikes) from my surgery and I still haven't told a soul other than my hubby. I have enough worries wondering about how the procedure/recovery will be and don't need to stress about what others think :( So, I'll tell afterwards, when I am walking straight :)

i started the cleanse around 2 weeks post op, when I started feeling normal and normal energy again. I suggest you start it when you are standing up straight, and able to do most things (besides lifting of course). I healed fairly quickly everyone is different. After the tummy tuck I ate losts of lean protein and veggies, and drank protein shakes. Protein helps speed recovery, so I think this helped me recover faster. Also watch your sodium intake, avoid fast foods, processed foods...because those will leave you really bloated! hope this helps and good luck :)

I got my new bikini in mail today. Can't wait...
I got my new bikini in mail today. Can't wait to rock it at the beach. The bottoms are booty shorts so the sides are thick enogh to hide the incisions well. I'm so excited for this summer :)

I am 15 days PO and reduced my selling by drinking...
I am 15 days PO and reduced my selling by drinking shakeology once a day..Then I did the shakeology 3 day cleanse, after day 1 I noticed a big difference with my swelling. I go to the bathroom often while on the cleanse, so I know Im flushing all the sodium out. I feel great. More info about shakeology on my blog here:

For my Stage 2 compression Garment I am using Design by Veronique. It is super tight, it's hard to get past the hips at first but once it on, it's really comfy. It is not noticable under tight clothes because it is seamless. I also got my healing bra from there too. I posted pics of the bra and garment below. You can get these from Makemeheal.com
