Day 35 PO I am now 5 weeks into my recovery... All...

Day 35 PO I am now 5 weeks into my recovery... All is well still continuing to walk 2miles/day. Wearing the binder, Tummy is still numb and probably swollen although I am wearing most of my clothes. And let me tell you, I am all smiles that when I sit down I dont have to tuck my tummy in! Lol. Dr. Appt on Wed, this will be the first time I've seen my physician since the surgery. I am still trying to watch what I eat with a few treats now and then. I might make a second entry after my Dr. Appt.

Day 28 PO I am now 4 weeks into my recovery and I can say its been not too bad. Last week was my first week back to work, and it went fairly smooth. Even wearing the CG (binder) it wasn't bad with my clothes. I decided that I needed to help my bb round out. So this morning I used a cotton ball absorbed with alcohol and taped it. Other than that everything is going ok... Happy healing and I will try to post new pics soon!! I wish i could post from my iPhone or iPad!

Day21 PO first day back at work.... It was an...
Day21 PO first day back at work.... It was an Alright day, kind of uneventful so 'm glad it wasn't too crazy or chaotic. I sat for most of the day . Note to self need to work on posture!!! It's amazing how easy it is to sit at my desk in a 'hunched' over position. I am also I guess somewhat fortunate that I am able to wear my regular clothes overtop of my binder which feels thicker than what it probably is! The one thing I can't stand though is the back fat overhang from between the binder and my bra Arrgggg ...... Need lipo..lol I am super excited to see how my clothes will fit when I no longer required to wear this garment. So far I have been 'pretty' good with my eating, keeping the sodium levels to a minimum and drinking lots of water. I am not sure if that is the reason I haven't really been too swollen or do I just don't swell up.... Not sure but I am not going to test the theory so I am going to keep my diet pretty restrictive and consistent to what I have been eating.. Whole grains, vegetables, salads, fruits and lean protein. Well next time I will checking will probably be in a weeks time. Happy healing everyone:)
