I'm so sorry to read the results of your surgery. While my PS made it clear everyone was built differently so there were limitations to what he could do, it does not mean you can't have a nice set of breasts. There's no way your anatomy is to blame for what has occurred. I think he needed to take into consideration your personal measurements, amount of tissue, skin elasticity etc and make a better selection for you. If the opportunity arises for you to try again, select a surgeon in your area who specialises in breast reconstruction and fixing up other surgeons botched jobs. In addition, choose a surgeon who only does breasts. Remember the old saying "a jack of all trades, a master of none".
:(. Sorry you went through this. From browsing this sight I find it weird he did not recommend a lift.
UPDATED FROM TaraBurke
The longer it's been... the more disappointed I become.
After my second BA, my left breast dropped.... again. Dr Whidden acknowledged this and said he would try again, however I'm so displeased with the results that I don't even want to bother. I doubt it will make a difference. I can't even wear a sports bra because the bottom of every single one sits ABOVE the bottom of my breasts! My natural anatomy... so Dr Whidden suggests is the reason.... cannot truly be against my wearing of a sports bra. If I hadn't emptied my bank account on Dr Whidden, I would be on my way to Dr Waslen who did my sisters and did a fantastic job!

Looks like you're bottoming out from your pictures. :/
Right!?!
What type of implants, subglandular or submuscular, and how many ccs?
Submuscular and 400 cc's.
I got the gummy bear type. Which you'd think would make the results more firm and lifted... you'd think.
What was your size before your BA?
34 B and that according to my Dr. was exaggerating a little

Your surgeon is a dick. A new surgeon will fix them someday and they will be perfect. He is to blame-100%.
