session 2 / end week 1

So recommended amount of water you should be drinking is like 12 cups to 20... it's a lot of ounces... @_@. Also avoid caffeine and alcohol because you might dehydrate yourself. (both are diuretics, but I suppose if you drink a LOT of water, it's okay?)

Anyways, I'm updating a bit now cause I actually do feel a change even if it has only been 2 sessions. Not sure if it's visible. The lady who was using the machine said there was a noticeable difference. Also sorry no pictures, I'm wearing the belt thingie to help things out and I hate putting this thing on and off.

Also to add to my earlier post-- I do work out 6 days a week, I don't count calories religiously, but I have an aim/limit of 1600 calories, and I eat healthy except for ice cream or bubble tea with friends. I do also eat within an eating window of 12-8pm. I know this may be superfluous information, but I think eating habits and such are a little more important to this procedure since it's over a longer period of time.

Overall, cavi lipo has not been stressing me out at all, because the machine is not intimidating at all.

So backstory, for about a year I dieted and exercised, going from 144 (I was 155 at my heaviest) to 117 in 6 months but it stressed me out and I couldn't keep it up, so I gained weight and now at a "healthy" 134~135. I am 5'4" and yes, a bit young for this procedure perhaps. But I wanted to see if it could get rid of my weird tummy gut, because I still had it at my lowest (117). I found this groupon deal for a local spa back home, so I figured I'll give this a shot. The worst case scenario is I [RS bleep] off $200 to a nice lovely local spa business run by honest girls, you know?

My measurements for my waist (under my belly button) is between 28" to 29", my hips are around 35". I only went to one session, which was around 30 minutes, and it was pretty relaxing. My technician kept saying you won't see results, but although it wasn't obvious, it definitely felt a little different.

Afterwards I also got a compression belt/wrap/girdle thingie because apparently it'll keep your tummy warm and the effect will last a little longer. I liked what I went through, so I'll definitely keep this updated.
