Pull them up high; make ‘em round; fill things out. No kids???? :-(Weight gain, loss, gain, loss... 5’5 - 170 lbs

I would like to start of by thanking everyone who shares there cosmetic surgery journeys. All of the reviews have been very valuable to me, as well as informative, and eye opening.
I am a 33 y/o, African American woman, living in Florida. I do not have children, but want some. The problem is I do not have a man. That is a story for another day. I have been really heavy, lost the weight, and then gained 38 pounds again over an eight year time period. I lost the weight again. I am 5’5 and 170 lbs. People often think I weigh less, but the scale does not lie. I am currently a 34 DD in Victoria’s Secret bras, and a saggy 34 D, even C in other brands.
I want better breast. I am motivated now to maintain my weight, and to be the best version of myself, as well as healthy. I love the water and bathing suits. I have no problem putting this cellulite out just like everyone else. I do however want the girls to look a bit more appropriate in clothing, as well as swim tops.

Pre op complete

So on May 31st I had my pre op appointment. Dr. Matas has put me at ease, but I think I have tried to address everything possible with him. I needed to know how, and with what he would be closing my incisions, the post op massage routine, and his thoughts on vitamin E for capsular contracture prevention. He answered all of my questions patiently, and was thorough.

I am having an anchor lift with under the muscle implants. I have moderate ptosis, and I am a saggy 34 DD on the right and D on the left. After having tissue excised, I am fine with remaining that size.
Dr. Matas recommended Allergan Natrelle, high profile, round, silicone implants. His recommendations for size were 295 cc on left, and 265 cc on right. I trust him, but I chose 365 cc for left and 335 cc on right. I let him know I want a high, round, and slightly augmented look. I did not want to chance larger implants because I do not want the weight of them to cause sagging again too early.

My big day is June 14th. I am so nervous because i do not have any support and anyone to really discuss things with. Dr. Matas prescribes Valium 5 mg, Percocet 7.5/325 mg, ambien 10 mg, and cephalexen as the antibiotic. I will definitely need the Valium for my nerves. He also provided arnica forte to start two days before surgery.

I am to arrive at 12:30 on the day of surgery, and the procedure is supposed to be about four hours.

Surgery Day.

Justregular
I can recall being at work June 13th, and receiving a notification that said ovulation day is coming tomorrow. Unless things have changed, which they have not, my period came on the day of surgery. Great????
I cleaned my house, meal prepped, set everything up for my dog and waited. I drove to the surgical center, but my best friend met me there and his husband would drive my car back home. I got there and things started immediately. No need for a pregnancy test. I started my arnica forte two days before and the Keflex and day before. No meds the morning of surgery. I spoke to the anesthesiologist, a real MD, that is very important. Then Dr. Matas came in to do some measuring and marking. That took a while, but I told him measure twice and cut once. My friend stayed the while time with me. The procedure was slotted for four hours so I needed Foley catheter. That was put in while I was asleep. I showered with special antimicrobial soap the night before and morning of, and changed my bed linens. I also wore thigh high embolism hose. Pure vanity, but I also got a Brazilian wax, eyebrows waxed, an a low maintenance hair style. You feel your best when you look your best.
So i walked in the OR. I was super nervous. The anesthesiologist numbed the sire for IV, and that was it. Pretty painless. I inhaled gas mixed with 100% oxygen, and that was it. On a pain scale scale of 0-10, with ten being the worse, I was a7. Blood was everywhere from period. Gross! I felt bad for my friend. They got me home, walked my dog, cleaned me up, changed clothes, fed me saltines, medicated, and wanted until doctor called. I have some bleeding from incisions but but not major. I slept in two hour increments. Getting g up out of bed is hard. Have he’p
