just got off the phone with dr.S, and he will be able to deliver about 900-1000cc per cheek!!!!!, thank goodness!!! he went over all the risks and what to expect and what not!!!! he sounds very friendly!!!!!! this is like my 6th consult so i knew alot about the surgery already!!!!!!!

ummmm maybe im confused but when i spoke to dR.S he said he doesnt fat graft to the hips because it just looks like a pocket of fat???? but instead he puts the attention towards the outer aspect of the buttocks!! ummm idk im getting a little skeptical!!! , what do you guys think

Omg it's been sooo long you guys I'm sooo sorry lol. ... I'm in a aggressive nursing program and its taking soo much time from me !! I haven't had the procedure done yet but I have an appt September 18th 2013 I would like an earlier date in June July aug and I'm willing to pay $500 for the trade off if anyone wants to switch. Like many of you all I desire this sx but it just seems so discouraging !! It's like playing Russian roulette choosing between surgeons !! What's a girl to do !! Since 2010 I put a deposit down for salama and lived his work until recently !! All these complaint if unhappy results ! I mean he gives great results to those with absolutely nothing a lil curve here and there but nothing too drastic recently in my opinion.... Hips are just as important as the ass lol , I'm soo worried about my future results ! I luv dr j work but I can't afford dr j results lol .. Currently I'm scheduled with dr. Rami but he has literally 2 reviews !! That's it !!! COme on let's be real here and no offense to Asiangotbooty but your results are beautiful for your body type.. She's cute and petite so maximum lipo was achievable ... Can he do the same for a heavier person looking to achieve a much larger ass ?? I really don't know

I spoke to md ghurani a month aga and he told me that he does hip injections and now I'm reading on others review that its lateral ? Ahh he'll no I'm not going through that recovery to come out looking like boy George with no damn hips ... Lateral hip injections are not enough for people with no hips at all ... That's bs talk about how they look unnatural !!! It's all in the technique ... I'm calling Monday to clarify and if he doesn't inject directly into the fat well then I will be looking for another surgeon sorry

I thought the same thing before I got mine I was really concerned because hips is something I really wanted but suprisingly regardless of what his technique is watever he does certainly gives u the appearance of hips I was very square my hips even went in but now I'm 100 percent rounded out in my hip area n love my results

Lol good luck in your surgery! Mendieta sure got me hips but don't let anyone fool you- the fat in the hips doesn't take very well because there is no muscle for it to cling to in order to survive

Hey, congrats on your new date. If you were already scheduled w/ Salama why did switch? I've seen many girls booking w/ Rami but I've only seen asianbooty's results. I think Salama gives great results to bigger girls and you don't look that big. You have a nice shape w/ aa butt already..lol Compared to Salama, Rami is relatively unknown.
