I really wanted this surgery because I always felt that my body was not in proportion. I have a "V" shape, and clothes never complimented me the way I wanted them to. I flew in Florida for my surgery after an online consultation with Dr.Perry. His assistant Norma was professional throughout the entire process. I had no issues with making payments or contacting them. Norma always returned my calls within 24 hours, and was always accommodating. I will say for anyone interested in going to Dr.Perry that he would prefer that all his out of town patient try to stay for 10 days. I happy with my results...I do want a little more volume in butt area, so I plan to go back to Dr. Perry as soon as I heal completely (around June)...This surgery was worth it!!! My clothes fit better. I can now wear form fitting outfits and they flatter me. I can't wait to go back to fill in the rest.

Cons

  • No sitting !!! It was really difficult to give up sitting for 2 weeks. I never realized how much I sit in a day
  • The first night of after the surgery!!! The first night when you come home from surgery is tough...the good news is that you it gets better with time
  • Giving yourself time. I recommend that anyone going out of town to get this surgery give themselves ample time to do everything correctly. Don’t be in a rush!!! When I go back I plan on a month of doing nothing.
  • Nerves irritation after lipo. There will be some nerve irritation after the lipo. Every time I moved there was a tingling sensation that annoyed me…but that also got better with time
  • Reabsorption. You will get smaller...and will not have the same volume you did right after the surgery. I am completely happy with my results, but I am going back to get a little more volume.

I forgot to mention that I got surgery on December 5th..So I am a lil over 6 weeks into the healing process.

Dr. Perry was excellent. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with results. He focused on proportion which was really important to me. I didn't want a volume and in my buttocks without the volume in my hips. He gave me the right balance between the two. I will be going back to him in couple of months because I want a little more volume in butt area. Nevertheless, I could not be happier with my results..Thanks Dr. Perry!!!

Yes...he used the fat to balance out my sides and buttocks. He also does the lipo in way that your waist looks smaller than the sides...that kind of gives you that hour glass shape.

Your results are really good. I'm not sure that I've seen anyone on realself who has gone to dr. perry. what made you decide to use him as your doctor? i went to his website and for the most part, i liked his results as well. did you feel like you had to be very specific with him? i really like how he sculpted your body according to your build. it looks very natural. was he unable to add more fat to your butt at the time? did he give you a reason why, or did some of the fat get reabsorbed? also...was he running a special at the time of your surgery? sorry for all of the questions.

that's exactly what I noticed too...when i fist researched him it was difficult to find anyone reviews..i guess what I like about him most was the fact that in his pictures he balanced the hips with buttocks while at the same time being in price range...to me having the hips were more important that big voulume in the butt area... I was true V shape with no hips and that was my biggest concern...I didnt have to be very specific with him...when i met with him before the surgery he knew exactly where my problem areas were...he said he focuses on creating the "s" shape...(i'm not sure what that means)..the reabsorption was 50% my fault and50% jus the nature of the procedure...the will be some reabsorption naturally..but due to the nature of my job..i have to sit alot..so that probably messed with my results... People still tell me that butt looks good..but you know i want as big as possible...so I plan to go back just to get a little more filled in.

oh...and he was running the special...I think the orignal price was 5500..and the special was 300 off..

I would say that due the reabsportion I lost about 20% of my volume in the buttocks..I kept about 80% of the fat.

Hopefully, I'll be able to speak to him soon.Even though you sat earlier than you were supposed to, it still looks nice. It looks very natural. I would be traveling from out of town, if I decided to get the surgery. Do you mind if I email you if I have any additional questions?

WOW!! He did an AMAZing job ON YOUR HIPS!! AND BOOTY!!I think it's great you help put his name out there. I feel there alot of good docs out there. People just don't know b/c they don't hear about them as much. But your results look EXCELLENT!

I spoke with Norma, and also got a quote. Can you tell me about the arrangements you made in order to have the surgery. Did he advise you to take any vitamins to prepare for the surgery? Also, what hotel did you stay in while you were there?
