I had my TT procedure yesterday. I was nervous as heck! The anticipation was killing me. Now that its over and done with I'm in a lot of pain. I can't sleep comfortably, my back is killing me but Im sure it will be all worth it. The healing process is not a game. I'm on oxycodone and I stop taking it because its not helping. Today is only day 2!!
Day 4 Post Op
It really does get better everyday. Im still walking bent over and my muscles feel like they get tighter and tighter everyday. I can't wait till I can stand up straight again. I'm still taking my pain meds. At first I thought it wasn't doing anything for me until one night I was trying to sleep and it hit me! The drain pump keeps getting clogged but other than that I feel I'm doing better everyday. I can't wait to actually see my results.
The itch!! 7 day post op
I was doing just fine till I broke out in this awful rash. I seen my doctor today and he thought it was the compression garment. So he changed my bandages and put my other garment on. I've been taking benadryl to help with the itch. Its helping a little but this itching is worse than the pain. Hopefully this will go away so I can get on with my regular recovery and healing. I'm have never been allergic to anything in my 38 years. I wonder why now. If anyone else has experienced this, how long did it last? Still in high spirits.
