The older lady at the front office is horrid. He's a true artist and his best asset is the young brown lady that works with him in the Boston office. I had a few follow up questions after I left the consult. The older woman was very nasty , rude and dismissive. I sent an email after to Dr. D. regarding the very negative experience and never heard back. He's busy and I get it, but I sure hope he spoke to her. I was so excited but she really hurt my feelings ("How do you curse out a senior citizen?") and I never returned.
