I have suffered for About 15 years with severe cystic acne, I am 28 going in 29, acne has ruined my skin and I have deep scarring, I also seemed to have lost fat in my left cheek where the acne was the worst and have the sunken look.
I actually went to a doctor today in Boca Raton, FL. And left feeling worse then how I went in. I was told I need far injections in my face first, then fraxel co2 and then! Dermabrasion. I then told the doctor I refused to be out to sleep or do surgery, he suggested, mosaic laser 4 treatments, sculptra and his special cream he created...
I do understand why he suggested the fillers, however I felt it was rather backwards to say do fillers first then laser, then derm abrasion, seems a bit much...
I will be going to at least 3 more consultations, before I decide on my treatment....
Any suggestions, advice?? Will provid pictures if asked...
Dealing with acne and now acne scars is very depressing and makes me very insecure.... I would love to just feel pretty.. I know everyone says I am, but to see it myself, is my dream...
