January 17, 2011, I had breast augmentation and smart lipo to my inner and outer thighs. I am 34 years old and wanted lipo for many years I went for my consultation in August. I knew immediately that I wanted both procedures and Dr. H to be the one to do them. I was the first surgery of the day. I was very nervous but excited. Dr. H came in the room and we discussion a lot of thing, as it had been August since I had seen him. Dr. H was wonderful! I trusted his knowledge and experience, and went with 450cc. He was right! I would have been very disappointed with 350cc to 375cc.

It has only been a little over four months since my surgery, but I can tell you it has changed my life! I look so much better in my clothes. I have a lot more confidence. I am so glad that I did it! This is one of the best things I have ever done for myself and worth it.

It sounds like you had a wonderful experience all around. Have any recovery tips for other ladies about to go through breast aug?
The recovery for my Beast Aug was pretty great. Better than I imagined! I think going through the belly button really helped with my recovery. My breast where sore for a month or so but I only took pain pills for 2 days. I suggest buying lots of Ice packs. I used them for at least a month every night! My left one hurt the most. My left breast still feels strange sometimes with a twing of pain. Almost like the muscle is being pulled. I have gone to my check-ups, and it seems like things are going well and I am on track. I just suggest asking the Doctor as many questions as you need to make sure you are comfortable! I over all had a great experience and would do it again in a second!
What was your recovery like for the Smart Lipo? I have considered this procedure but worried that it would come out uneven. I also had a breast augmentation. I was originally going for 375cc and my doctor recommended 400. I am very happy with them!
The smart lipo hurt the worst out of the two procedures. I had what I call pones on my sides that stuck out. I am very happy with the results of my lipo. I went from a size 8 to a perfect size 6. It took me a month or more for the bruising to go away. I have to admit, I thought lipo would take away all of the cottage cheese and I would have perfect smooth legs, however, I do have dimpling still and some uneven areas. I had that before lipo. Dr. H did let me know what to expect. I look 10 times better than before and know that it is up to me to work out and tone up the rest of the way. I have started working out again, and I can see that it is making a difference in that area, where before working out did not affect it. I really feel that if I had been smaller in my hips that the results would have been even better! I am a pear shape, and My hips where the biggest part of my body. The lipo changed my life! I look so much better in my clothes!
