I went to Dr. Shemirani unsure what to do about lax jowels - I am only 42 and felt like it was too early for a mini lift but was ready if there were no alternatives. I had been going to Dr. Fishers office for about 7 years for Botox and had lips done once and was reasonably satisfied. Dr. Shemirani and his staff must have spent 4 hours with me evaluating my needs and carefully discussing alternatives. I had never felt so comfortable with a doctor and his staff before for anything. At the end he suggested just filler in my loose jowels and some on cheek and lips. He said it would not do what a facelift would do but would likely satisfy my needs, he was right. I can not believe I almost did a lift! He did such a beautiful job, the results are amazing and so natural! It postponed my need got surgery and my jowels look much better. He did a beautiful job with my lips - much better than I had before! I highly recommend Dr. Shemirani and the professional caring way he runs his office. All the girls that work there are so pleasant and it's obvious that this doctor truly cares about his patients. I am so impressed.
