Before the surgery, I was anxious that people would recognize a drastic change in my appearance. Over a year after surgery, none of my friends, co-workers, or family members have asked me if I have had surgery. Yet, some have commented on how "perfect" my nose is! Dr. Kotler achieved very natural results. He is amazing. I had a very smooth recovery after surgery with very little pain and minimal disconfort. I am extremely satified with the resutls of my rhinoplasty with Dr. Kotler.
