Was experiencing chronic breathing problems...

Was experiencing chronic breathing problems including nasal valve stenosis, severe turbinate and septum difficulties for many years and it was getting worse and worse. Over time, had consulted with a number of other doctors who had misdiagnosed problems, turned me away or proposed quite costly solutions that I don't think they could deliver on (as I don't think they had the skills). Breathing difficulties left me unable to sleep for more than a few hours, out of breath and suffering from daily impairment (which included migraine headaches). All of this interfered significantly with my ability to work and socialize. After consulting with Dr. Kotler, I went ahead and had the surgery as I felt that I was in the 'best of hands'. I have been amazed by the degree of improvement I've experienced with my breathing. Dr. Kotler was also encouraging from the outset about what could be done (at relatively inexpensive cost) to address some asymmetrical (cosmetic) issues with my nose. Although I was doubtful that much could be done, I have been immensely pleased by the results. Dr. Kotler has far exceeded any expectations that I had.

Over a year ago, Dr. Kotler performed functional breathing surgery on my nasal area to address nasal valve stenosis, severe turbinate and septum difficulties. I have been amazed by the degree of improvement I've experienced with my breathing. I had been turned away by many other ENT doctors over the years who said that they couldn't help me and had poor quality ENT surgery performed by an HMO covered doctor about 4 years ago. I had difficulties performing day to day tasks and usually found myself out of breath due to breathing problems. I also had difficulties sleeping because I couldn't breathe well. Since the surgery, I have been amazed by the degree of improvement I've experienced. Dr. Kotler was also encouraging about what could be done to the appearance of the nose with the use of a relatively inexpensive filler. Dr. Kotler has the highest degree of integrity, authenticity and skill. He is a rare find...a true "super-specialist" with many, many years of experience. I am sure that I was probably one of his most difficult patients yet he truly made miracles happen. This had proven to be amazing and has so much benefited my quality of life! Dr. Kotler has far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be more grateful. Dr. Kotler and his staff have shown an immense sense of regard, support and respect towards me throughout and after the surgical process.
