The chin was recommended due to weak profile. I can appreciate it in certain lighting, and angles. But, I can feel it every day. Very tender even after a year and hurts the most when I sleep on it by accident (roll over in the night). I'm having it removed tomorrow morning. My surgeon thinks I'll regret it. so I decided to post my thoughts and some pics. Tomorrow after removal I'll post new pics. Mostly looking forward to the relief to have this out of my face.
To clarify...
Every procedure had its purpose, the brow lift made me look more refreshed and awake, my nose was... daddy's nose, and asymmetrical. I'm in my 40's now and needed to pick up some loose skin. All of those procedures were successful. The only issue was with the chin implant. I could not get used to it. I'm not sure what he charges for chin implants. I paid for multiple procedures. Anyhow, he was honest and willing to remove it as I ultimately decided against it. He stood by his word and removed the implant today. I expected to feel pain, to my surprise - it was not painful at all. He is a master with local anesthetic. That is definitely a bonus, as I had this procedure done while I was awake! While I was there, I had my lips done with juvederm, so I'll review that in a seperate post. But I will say ... NO PAIN! Amazing. Really.
Didn't need Tylenol.
I was asked to take Tylenol to manage any pain. It's been 12 hours, and not a single Tylenol was required.

He's very professional, but reserved, I believe he has a compassionate side which is reflected in his staff. I believe his prices are quite reasonable. He does only the face. He made exceptional progress to my appearance. Mostly a natural youthful outcome. The chin implant was just not for me, despite appearances. Thankfully, he removed it at no charge which speaks to his generosity. So I still would highly recommend him.
