I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Linder 14...
I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Linder 14 years ago when I was in my early 20's. I am 5'7 120-125 lbs with a long thin waist and full hips. The breast augmentation really balanced my figure to give me an hourglass shape and I was very happy with the outcome. I started at a 32b and ended with a large 32d to dd. I was very happy with the shape, size and minimal scarring.
Since my original surgery I have had 2 kids and I breast fed both for over a year each. I am one of the rare girls who became larger after nursing and I also had a lot of skin. I was so happy with my original surgery that I came back to Dr. Linder for a lift, reduction, and replacement of implants. I am very happy that I did. The outcome is amazing! My breasts are very perky and the perfect size (approximately 2 sizes smaller). My nipples are beautiful and have almost no visible scar (I say almost because I am only 4 weeks post surgery but it looks like there will be no visible scar). My anchor scars are much smaller and thinner than I had anticipated. I will definitely be able to wear a bikini top with no scars showing which is what I asked for. Dr. Linder really took his time to go over the procedure with me, give me honest realistic expectations and answer all of my questions. I felt heard on everything that was important to me and I loved that he remembered even small details about my health without me having to remind him. For example, 2 weeks after surgery we were talking about bandages and he mentioned my latex allergy. I was very impressed that with all the patients he had seen he could still remember my health issues without looking down at his file or me reminding him.
When I was first researching plastic surgeons 14 years ago I booked many consultations with So Cal doctors. There are a lot of good plastic surgeons out there and I wanted to find the best for me. Dr. Linder had a lot of beautiful pictures of breast augmentations as did many of the other doctor's but there were 3 reasons that made him stand out as the best doctor for me. #1 was his book of breast augmentation corrections. It was frightening what a bad outcome can look like but I loved seeing pictures of surgeries he did that made a bad outcome (done by other surgeons) look beautiful. It showed me that he had an expert understanding of the anatomy along with an artists eye. I felt there was nothing that could come across his operating table that he couldn't greatly improve and that he wasn't just here because he could make breasts bigger but could make them beautiful for each individual body no matter what they start off looking like.
#2 was his staff. I once asked a friend who was about to have plastic surgery with a different Beverly Hills surgeon who her anesthesiologist was and she said she didn't know. What? I made her call the office right then and ask. The front desk couldn't provide her with a name. Later they called back and said they didn't have an anesthesiologist and that they just had the nurses do it. What?? First of all, Dr. Linder's office staff is very knowledgable and can absolutely tell you the name of the Dr. who will be performing anesthesia on you. And second of all, Dr. Linder has a very highly regarded Anesthesiologist who has been practicing for over 30 years. Anesthesia is a very big deal and you should absolutely be discussing this with your doctor! Which leads me to my last reason...
#3 is that Dr. Linder didn't just talk to me about how I wanted to look but discussed the entire procedure and answered all questions regarding my personal safety and health that I had. Please remember this is surgery and not to be taken lightly. I can't believe how many of my friends have had surgery and the only discussions they have is about looks. The ultimate outcome is very important and obviously seeing pictures of Dr. Linder's work was a large factor in choosing him but it was his thoroughness in discussing the surgery from safety to aesthetics that makes him a great choice.
I am so happy I with him as my doctor. He is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone wanting plastic surgery.
