I have found all the experiences here very helpful so I decided to share my own.
STATS: 5'1 107 pounds
I wear a 34B.
My boobs are fine, they are not super small for my frame but I always wanted to get a BA to look good in clothes, summer dresses and not having to wear a bra. Maybe it's silly, but oh well..I wanna improve myself! I debated waiting to have kids before doing it, but my boyfriend told me that I could get it as my xmas present, so why not?
DOCTOR: I started to researching for pictures and came across Dr. Patel. I really liked his work and he had good reviews on different websites so I scheduled a consult with him. His assistant is super nice btw and she does reply txt messages and email super quick. Doctor Patel as well. I have emailed him with so many questions and he always replies to me. My consult went great, he seemed to understand what I wanted (I wanna look good in clothes without a bra but also be able to hide it inside work clothes). I wanna a nice cleavage and upper fullness. After measuring me, we decided that I should go with a 350cc or 375cc. He said he would bring both to the day of. Doctor Patel has awesome credentials and he keeps up on his Instagram account so I can see his work everyday.
My surgery it's in 3 more days and I am very nervous as I had never been under or had a stitch or anything. My anxiety it is getting the best of me, but doctor and his assistant have been really nice stating that I'll be ok and will get all the medication I need to feel comfortable, before, during and after.
I'll try to post some pictures later and keep you girls posted.
PS: I did called around and found some cheaper doctors btw, I saw other doctors before as well, but I choose to pay a bit more and be confident of mt PS work

Had my surgery this morning and everything went well. I was surprisingly not super nervous as I antecipates. Checked In, signed 100 papers and went inside to get changed. Got to wear little make up, contacts and pants!! Also wore the cap, gown and funny shoes. Doctor came and marked me and talked about the sizes. I was in between 350cc or 375cc but told him to do what it would look better for me and my goals. Anesthesiologist was very nice, doctor freeman ( hope I spelled right), and my nurse Ann started my iv. I asked a bunch of questions about meds and asked to be sedated before anesthesia and also anti nausea on my iv. She explained my bf how and when to take the meds an off we went to the OR like ten steps away. It didn't feel cold like most people say. I just layed down and he said he was going to start the nause thing, nurse started the other heart monitor and stuff in my arms. I got really sleepy, like when I take naps, not scary at all. Just drifted away.... Woke up in the recovery room, my bf was coming. Apparently I had already asked about size and repeted myself to the nurse a few times but I can't remember lol. Felt good! Just like waking up from a good sleep. I was cold but was under a heater making it so cozy. Boyfriend came, said that had only been an hour and I asked bunch of the same questions to him. Looked at my boobs. They seem not huge! Didn't have any wraps around. Got 350cc. Doctor tried the sizers and decided that was better. I didn feel any pain. Nor super pressure. I felt like I had done a workout. No nausea either. Got my sweater on with little help and was taken to my car. Talked all the way back, didn't feel tired or anything. Didn't feel the bumps in the road like I've heard from others. I can move my arms a well. I'm just avoiding because I don't wanna overwork and be all sore tomorrow. Can get I'm and out of bed and do little things as long as I stay on the top of my meds. Taking norco for the pain every 6 hours, taking the antibiotic three times a day (forgot the name), the arnica 3 times a day. Got Valium to sleep and some zofran if I get nausea. I had a soup I made it before surgery, got some coconut water and been watching tv. Hasn't bug me to stay propped up either. So far so good ladies. I was so scared. Never been under or took pain killers before. It's not painful at all. Doctor used Keller funnil so my incisions are tiny and only one has a small bruise. No bras for me for a week to help drop. I'll post more tomorrow. If you have questions I'll be happy to answer.

Day after surgery

Hey girls!!
So yesterday when anesthesia wore off I did feel some muscle pain but the pain meds helped me and I was not in much pain at all 3/10 perhaps. If I sit down, sleep and have to move, sure, it's a bit painful but it's an ok type of pain. I've been adapting how to get in n out of bed and do little things on my own. They are sitting super high still but little softer than yesterday, bruise is darker. I've been eating normal and sleeping quiet a bit too. I'm a sleepy person so it's not really bugging me much being propped up, I've been using the pillow around my neck that I use on flights and it's very comfy. I took a Tylenol just tonight and helped, wanted a break from Norco. Valium made me feel weird so not taking it, I did ask my doctor today to switch to Xanax and maybe give me some muscle relaxer but he said not. He said I should be off pain killers in 48 hours. =( I feel some muscle relaxer would help. Put some ice and seemed to help a bit. Showered lower body and did not feel the super cold like I've heard people saying. Can't wait to take a full shower and wash my hair. Boyfriend been super supportive, waking up in the middle of the night and getting me meds or anything I need, cooking, bathing, you name it. I'll be back tomorrow, I'm hoping to feel even better and maybe get out of the house for a bit.

Thanks! Yes you should have a consult with him. I have no complaints, he has been answering all my pre ops and post of questions very fast and even called me yesterday. I'm happy my scars seem pretty small because of his technique. :)
