23 month post op High SMAS facelift

WORTH IT
This updated review is 23 months after my face and neck procedure performed by Dr. Hovsepian at the Beverly Hills Institute. I am absolutely thrilled and extremely happy with the results. I feel just as good, if not, even better than I did 1 year post op. My skin radiates and my confidence in my appearance is due to the wonderful, natural, look that this artistic surgeon, Dr. Hovsepian has accomplished. I look like Nadine the gal of my youth not a stretched over exaggerated appearance many surgeons project on their patients. I love being ME!!! THANK YOU SO VERY, VERY MUCH DR. RAFFI HOVSEPIAN!!! I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL. Dr. Hovsepian, your sincerity, honesty and kindnesses throughout the past two years is so very much appreciated and I thank you for keeping your very gifted eye on me all this time. I am only 30 days post op, but the change in my attitude and my perception of myself certainly has changed from hiding from the mirror and cameras to "bring them on baby!". I hope the PS reads your posts. I often tell my PS how much I appreciate what he did for me but I never feel it is enough. I'm thrilled for you that two years post op you are bubbling over with excitement and enthusiasm ... good for you!
I think the good work does more for you psychologically more so than physically. Amazing how one feels after the successful procedure.

What procedures did you have...can't find any info (just work on face and neck)? Did you have eyes/brow done? Any resurfacing, fat/fillers? And total cost? Looks great.
Had the high SMAS facelift and neck lift with upper and lower eyelids done. No Brow lift so far. Maintenance with skin care and BOTOX.
Please tell me what "high SMAS" means.
It is the best facelift on the market. You can google it and find out more about the technique. This face lift done properly will LAST>

I have a couple of questions What is the scarring like? Did he make an incision under the chin? What was the total cost?
Yes, he did make a scar under the chin and somehow I did not realize it and I looked at it a month or so ago and realized what it was. lol He did a hi smas face lift the best you can get. The outline on the ear is remarkable . He followed the ear to perfection and you do not even know it is there. Job to perfection. I would have to look up cost because of other work. There are many Doctors out there that should not be practicing. Let me tell you Dr. Hovsepian is the BEST in my book.
Im in Colorado. So the cost is somewhat a factor knowing I would need to stay in LA for a while and then go back for follow ups. But its our face so we want the best we can get:)
