Oh happy days
Hi all , everything is pretty much back to normal now , I can pick up my little one , clean, included mopping , I found it hard to ring out the mop for a while.
I have slept a few nights without my Macom or a soft bra , it was by accident but no pain or anything .

Small update , Im loving my boobs ,no more pain a little twinge here or there however generally ok , still easing myself into to do things , like reaching to close a high window or getting something behind me or below me ( cleaning the bath + toilet)
I've layed on my side a few times now , but not in the night time. I also had them out in a more comfortable soft sports bra type , first day for 3 hours , next day for about 6 hours , since then I have warn my Macom bra but I feel like I needed them few hours as my right breast tents to sit a little bit higher I don't really notice it so i think they are sitting pretty much the same now , but am keeping my Macom bra for the time being. Oh and they feel softer now.

Hi everyone just thought I'd update another picture and see how your all getting on .
I'm able to do a lot more now don't really have morning boobs anymore and can get up all by myself ! What a mirical , I love being able to not need help , although I can't get out the bath by myself but that's ok it's very low down after all .
